Welcome to the University City Church!
One undeniable fact which is confirmed by the Bible (John 3:16) is that God loves you and me more than we can imagine! He loves us more than our spouse loves us, more than our kids love us, more than our parents love us, more than our siblings love us, and more than our dog loves us. God loves us extravagantly, unconditionally even to the point of scandalous. All of these were demonstrated by Jesus when he gave himself for us on the cross. And they are continually demonstrated every day we draw breath whether we see it or not. What does he ask in return? Just that we love him back.
We invite you to join in this reflection, either by basking in it for your own encouragement or even becoming one of the reflectors yourself as you commit your life to Jesus Christ. May you experience with us hope and life in the presence of Jesus our Creator, Sustainer and Lover!

Every year from December through early March, the University City SDA Church will provide food and shelter to our homeless neighbors and provide our congregation with an opportunity to build relationships with our neighbors each Sunday. The congregation need volunteers to serve as overnight monitors, others to prepare and serve food as well as people who can help set up beds, tables and chairs, clean or pick up people who need a place to stay. Volunteers can serve as much time as they would like in the evening or morning hours.
